What affects your total
Workshop fees include printed materials and refreshments. Private journal sessions include one template revision within 14 days. Group circle fees cover facilitation and written feedback sheets only — you bring your own printed charts.
Corporate or fund teams requesting a closed session (same content, private date) are quoted separately based on group size and material printing. Video attendance for journal setup is available at the same rate as in-person.
Deposits and payment
Workshop seats require a 50% deposit to confirm. The balance is due on arrival. Review circle blocks are paid in full when registering for four evenings. Journal setup sessions may be paid in full by bank transfer before the appointment or in cash at the room.
We do not process card payments on this website. Confirmation emails include transfer instructions and our tax invoice details where required.
Cancellation
See our refund policy for cancellation windows, rescheduling, and no-show terms. In summary: full refund if you cancel a workshop at least seven days ahead; circle blocks refunded pro-rata for unused sessions with 48 hours notice.
