2. Services described

Panel Camellia Hub provides in-person and small-group training on trade journaling and post-trade chart review. We do not provide investment advice, trade signals, brokerage services, or guaranteed trading outcomes. Session content is educational and focuses on review habits and record-keeping.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are listed on our Rates page. Confirmed bookings may require a deposit as stated in your confirmation email. Payment instructions are provided offline; this website does not process payments. Failure to pay agreed fees may result in cancellation of your seat.

4. Intellectual property

Workbook layouts, checklists, articles, and site content are owned by Panel Camellia Hub or used under licence. You may use materials provided during sessions for personal trading records. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish our materials without written permission.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, harass staff or other participants, or record group sessions without consent. We may refuse service to anyone who violates these rules or disrupts sessions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Panel Camellia Hub is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of our training or materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.

7. Disclaimer

Training content reflects general journaling and review practices. It is not tailored financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
