Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training sessions booked with Panel Camellia Hub Co., Ltd.. Fees are listed on our Rates page. Payment is arranged offline after booking confirmation.

Post-Trade Chart Review Workshop

• Full refund: Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the workshop start time.
• 50% refund: Cancel 3–6 calendar days before start.
• No refund: Cancel less than 3 calendar days before start, or no-show.
• Deposits follow the same schedule; confirmed seats are held once deposit is received.

Trading Journal Setup Session

• Full refund: Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• No refund: Cancel with less than 48 hours notice or no-show.
• One rescheduling at no charge if requested 48+ hours ahead.

Weekly Review Circle

• Single evening: Full refund if you cancel 48 hours before that session.
• Four-session block: Unused sessions refunded pro-rata if you cancel the remaining block with 48 hours notice before the next scheduled evening.
• No refund for missed evenings without notice.

Rescheduling

We will offer the next available date when you cancel within the refund window. If we cancel a session due to facilitator illness or room unavailability, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already produced for a customised corporate session
• Sessions already attended in a prepaid block
• Bank transfer fees charged by your bank

Work already started

Journal setup sessions that have begun are non-refundable. If we deliver a completed template and you cancel before the revision window closes, the initial session fee is non-refundable but the included revision may still be provided at our discretion.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@panel-camelliahub.click with your name, session date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfers within Thailand typically settle within 5 business days after we initiate payment.

Deposits

Workshop deposits are applied to the session fee. If you qualify for a partial refund, the deposit is included in the calculation. Deposits are forfeited on no-shows.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies may be considered for credit toward a future session if documented within 7 days of the missed date. We do not offer refunds based on trading results or dissatisfaction with market outcomes — only for service delivery issues, which should be raised during or immediately after the session.
